DESCRIPTION
We have limited stock of this Australian Margaret River Wagyu Beef Rump Roast (score 8-9). These roasts are approx. 2.25kg each and are perfect for your weekend gathering. This roast can feed approx. 6-8 people.
Each roast is individually vacuum-packed and chilled and should be cooked within 3 days from delivery.
Note: Actual product may be slightly different from the images.
Cooking Instructions: Pre-heat your oven to 210°C then reduce the temperature to 180°C and cook for approx. 40 mins for rare, 50 mins for medium, and 60 mins for well-done. Cover with aluminum foil for 20 mins to rest the beef before serving.
