Chicken, turkeys, and ducks are notoriously known for getting dry, and one of the main ways to prevent that is by bringing. A good soak in our homemade bird brine for 8-24hrs should do the trick.
Great on: Chicken, turkey, ducks
Directions: Mix 1 pack bird brine to 7.5 liter of room temperature water. Place the bird in a meat bag or container of your choice and make sure the bird stays fully submerged. Store the bird in a refrigerator or cooler packed with ice for the entire brine time(4-8 hours for boneless bird and 8-24 hours for bone-in birds)
