Our homemade butternut soup is thick and full of flavor. It’s a delicious, all healthy butternut squash soup with a touch of home style cooking. After making our butternut soup, we cool it, then blast freeze it. It comes frozen, so either thaw it or save it for another day.

Ingredients: Butternut Squash, Cream, Olive Oil, Onion, Salt, Pepper, Chicken Stock
Reheating Instruction: Thaw in the refrigerator overnight or in lukewarm water. Heat in a medium pot or saucepan to a light simmer; do not reduce.
