

DESCRIPTION
Moussaka is the Greek version of lasagna. Ours is a rich tomato lamb meat sauce layered with eggplant and topped with béchamel sauce and cheese. This traditional Greek recipe is great on its own or as a side dish.

COOKING INSTRUCTION: Our lamb moussaka comes frozen so bake them at 180°C in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes. Ovens do vary though so make sure you keep an eye on them.
