A smaller and leaner, yet still flavorful, alternative to the Bone-In Ribeye. Ideal for roasting whole or turning into Ribeye Steaks. It’s very highly marbled—much of the rich, beefy flavor comes from the fat, making this an exceptionally flavorful steak. This exceptionally tender and flavorful boneless roast consists of three muscles that are fabricated into the Ribeye Steak, Ribeye Roast, and sometimes Ribeye Filet and Ribeye Cap Steak.
We have carefully created a specialized selection program resulting in a high quality product. We work in close partnerships with high performing farmers and utilize only the best Full Blood Wagyu genetics to achieve consistently superior F1 meat weights, marbling and meat quality.
Raised in a 100% natural environment, our cattle are sustainably grown out by family’s of passionate and dedicated cattlemen and women before entering specialized feedlots renowned for long feeding programs. The result is ICON Wagyu.
