

Introducing our duck breast, which is sous vide for hours, and our duck leg, which is roasted to perfection. Each order comes with two breasts and two legs ready for a family of 3-4.
REHEATING INSTRUCTION:
- Roasted Duck Leg - Pre-heat the oven to 160°C and bake for 15-20 minutes. Ovens do vary though so make sure you keep an eye on them.
- Sous Vide Duck Breast - Pan fry, fat side down, on medium-high heat for 5 minutes, then on the meat side for 2 minutes. Remove from pan and rest for 3 minutes.
