T-Bone Steak is cut from the loin which is made of two parts. The bigger part which is the short loin (New York Strip) and the smaller cut the tenderloin (Filet Mignon). The t-bone is smaller than the porterhouse but delivers the samed optimal tenderness and satisfying flavor.
NOTE: The steak is individually vacuum packed and CHILLED.
