Every ribeye is a steak, but not all steaks are ribeyes. Also called Delmonico Steak, Wagyu ribeye steaks are distinguished by their rich marbling and the natural "flavor kernel" that runs through each steak.
NOTE: The steak is individually vacuum packed and chilled.
We have carefully created a specialized selection program resulting in a high quality product. We work in close partnerships with high performing farmers and utilize only the best Full Blood Wagyu genetics to achieve consistently superior F1 meat weights, marbling and meat quality.
Raised in a 100% natural environment, our cattle are sustainably grown out by family’s of passionate and dedicated cattlemen and women before entering specialized feedlots renowned for long feeding programs. The result is ICON Wagyu.
