With more than 14 years of experience across Europe and the Middle East, Chef Robert brings serious fine-dining credentials to Dubai’s culinary scene.
His journey began in Germany, where he trained at the legendary three-Michelin-starred Residenz Heinz Winkler, before continuing his craft in Michelin-starred kitchens across Germany and Switzerland.
In 2015, Robert made the move to Dubai, where he became best known for his work at Prime68 at JW Marriott Marquis, bringing his signature precision, attention to detail and uncompromising approach to quality to one of the city’s most celebrated steakhouses.
