Time Slots:

  • Morning: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (orders must be placed before 8:00 AM)

  • Evening: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (orders must be placed before 1:00 PM)

Same-Day Delivery Cut-Off: 1:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)

Sunday Delivery / Pickup:

  • Delivery orders must be placed by 1:00 PM on Saturday

  • Pickup orders must be placed by 1:30 PM on Saturday

  • Note: No same-day delivery or pickup on Sundays

Abu Dhabi

  • Next-day delivery only (orders must be placed before 2:00 PM)

  • Available Monday to Sunday

  • A confirmation email will be sent with the exact delivery date and time

Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Ajman & Sharjah

  • Next-day delivery only (orders must be placed before 2:00 PM)

  • Available Monday to Saturday

  • A confirmation email will be sent with the exact delivery date and time

Al Ain & Fujairah

  • Deliveries on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

  • Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM

  • A confirmation email will be sent with the exact delivery date and time

Western Region (e.g., Ruwais)

  • Standard delivery day: Wednesday (orders must be placed before 2:00 PM on Tuesday)

  • Saturday delivery: Available upon special request with an additional AED 100 fee

  • Orders must be placed by 9:00 AM on Friday

Important Notes

  • No deliveries on public holidays unless stated on our website

  • Same-day and Sunday delivery are available only in Dubai

  • For Sunday delivery, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM on Saturday

  • For Sunday pickup, orders must be placed by 1:30 PM on Saturday

  • For all other emirates, deliveries follow next-day or regional schedules
