LAMB SHANK PIE
Hyderabadi cuisine, also known as Deccani cuisine, is the native cooking style of the Hyderabad. With this in mind, our chef fuses this flavor profile with our Australian lamb into our pie. The result? Our very own pie with its distinctive curry flavor.
This pie is made straight from our own kitchen by our head chef, our own recipe and our own proteins which you can see on our website. If you are looking for a hearty, homemade pie, look no further.
Our pies come frozen so place them in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees celsius or until golden brown. The internal temperature should be piping hot, above 85 degrees celsius... Enjoy!!
