When developing the recipe for Reap’Racha the main goal was to end up with a similar flavor that’s so popular but in a much hotter sauce and with as little added sugar as possible. Camp's Kitchen version pays homage to the classic in terms of flavor profile but kicks it up with the addition of Carolina Reapers, one of the hottest peppers in the world. Carolina Reapers bring an amazingly fruity, bright flavor to the party as well as the added lingering heat. Don’t worry though, this recipe isn’t only for the spice heads! It packs more punch than your typical store-bought rooster sauce but, is balanced and super flavorful.
