

DESCRIPTION
This large, boneless cut is usually tougher but very flavorful cut of meat. The Chuck is first broken down into the Chuck Eye Roll and the Chuck Under Blade. From there you can cut it into steaks, a roast or it is excellent for turning into ground beef and making hamburgers.
