



DESCRIPTION
Our lamb saddle is made of two fresh racks of lamb, which are deboned and tied together. The lamb saddle is made to order, tied, and ready for baking. We have two variations, one is stuffed, and the other non-stuffed. The stuffed saddle is stuffed with minced lamb leg, spices, and breadcrumbs.
Stuffed : Approx 2 kg: Feeds approx 6-7 adults
None Stuffed : Approx 1.8kg:
Feeds approx 5-6 adults
Stuffing Ingredients: Australian lamb leg, Sea Salt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Thyme, Fresh Rosemary, Breadcrumbs
COOKING INSTRUCTION: Bake at 180°C for 90 minutes depending on your preference for meat temperature. If not sure about the temperature of the meat you can always insert a thermometer to check.
Internal meat temperature: Rare 52°C(125°F), Medium Rare 57°C(135°F), Medium 63°C(155°F), Well Done 71°C(160°F).
