We’ve added beautifully smoked Australian bone-in lamb leg to our offering. We smoke it low and slow for 6 hours making it incredibly tender and juicy.
And most important, our smoke is hickory & mesquite so you can enjoy the natural taste of the meat without overpowering it.

Take off the vacuum bag and put it directly into the pre-heated oven (180°C) with the aluminum foil and roast for 20-25 minutes.
