


Sucuk or Sujuk is a semi-dry, spicy Middle Eastern sausage with high-fat content. It is traditionally made using ground beef and combined with spices before being piped into a sausage casing. Our dry Sujuk is cured which means you can eat it as is. Our wet Sujuk must be cooked before eating.
Ingredients: Angus Beef Chuck, Australian Lamb, Sea Salt, Cumin Powder, Black Pepper Powder Chili Powder, Garlic Paste, Tomato Paste, Arabic Spice
