U.S. Beef

U.S. Beef is one of the world's highest quality meat. It's grain-fed making it exceptionally tender and flavorful with great marbling.

We sell 2 types of U.S. Beef grades,  Prime and Choice.

 Prime grade is produced from young, well-fed beef cattle and is the higher grade of the two. It has abundant marbling and is generally sold in restaurants and hotels. 

  Also produced from young, well-fed beef cattle, Choice grade is high quality but has less marbling than Prime. It still has an exceptional marbling and will not disappoint.
